Export Email Templates to Klaviyo

You can export your email templates directly from MailEditor to Klaviyo without downloading any files. Follow the steps below to connect your Klaviyo account and export templates seamlessly.

Open the Export Window

Open the email template you want to export and click the "Export" button located above the editor.

Select the Klaviyo Export Option

In the Export window, switch to the "All Export Options" tab and locate the Klaviyo export option.

Connect a Klaviyo Account

If you haven't connected a Klaviyo account to MailEditor yet, click the "Add New Account" button. If you already have one or more connected accounts, simply click the "Export" button next to the account you want to use.

When no account is connected:

Add an Account Name

After clicking "Add New Account", enter an Account Name to help identify your connected account within MailEditor. Then click "Next Step".

Authorize Access to Klaviyo

Click "Allow Access" to authorize MailEditor to connect with your Klaviyo account.

Complete the Export

After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to MailEditor. The export process will start automatically, and your template will be sent to Klaviyo.

Find Your Exported Template in Klaviyo

Once the export is complete, your email template will be available in: Content → Templates

Use the Recently Used Tab

The "Recently Used" tab is always available in the Export window and contains your previously connected Klaviyo accounts for quick access.

This helps you export templates faster without searching through all export options each time.

Handle Duplicate Template Names

If you export a template with the same name as an existing template in Klaviyo, MailEditor will display a confirmation dialog.

You can choose to:

• Create a new template, or

• Replace the existing template

Manage Multiple Klaviyo Accounts

MailEditor supports multiple Klaviyo connections, allowing you to manage and export templates across different accounts from a single workspace. Each connected account appears in both the Connected Accounts and Recently Used sections, making it easy to select the correct destination when exporting.

This allows you to export templates separately to any connected Klaviyo account whenever needed.
